Thank you for visiting our athletic portion of our website. We have set this area to help your son or daughter become a successful student-athlete at Leto High School. We will pride ourselves in developing our student-athletes in their pursuit of an athletics through educational athletics. This area will not only provide specific information per sport, but it will also guide you to what they will need to know in order to be accepted at colleges and universities. We also invite you to visit our district’s athletic site. There you can find the state and district requirements needed to participate in interscholastic athletics. ATHLETIC CLEARANCE - Athletic packets are to be submitted online only. Helpful hints: Scan multiple pages as one document and then upload. For example the EL2 (physical - MUST be on this form) has 5 pages. Please scan only page 4 of the EL2 and upload. Also the 3 required video certificates (Concussion, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, and Heat Illness) scan these 3 documents together and upload. Address on government issued ID MUST match address on proof of residency (Must be current utility bill). These things uploaded correctly should facilitate a smooth clearance.
